There is such little time that I have you near.
I hold on to every minute we're together,

If I had to choose my favorite cherished moment,

Then one night a message came... Hello... was all it said.

So many cherished times we had between that night and now,
Another cherished time was the first time I heard you say... I Love You.
I cherish all the times you've spent with me and so...
I think that it's impossible for me to choose just one or two.

I can't remember life without you, that's how important you've become,
We had some cherished times learning all about each other.
I cherish all the pictures and the songs and the mail you send to me.
I especially cherish the time we have together,
Even though we don't belong to one another.

I think I finally got it! I've chosen one for sure,
I cherish the pictures, the songs, the mail, I really do.
I cherish the time we have together, every minute, every day.
These cherished times will get me through the days that you're not here.
But darlin'... more than anything, I'll always cherish you.
